
This is a fun, family oriented evening of good eating tips, fun ways to add exercise to a family routine andhealthy information to help restart those new year's resolutions, jump start that diet or kick start a new fitness regime. Every age and every level of fitness will be addressed. Food samples, door prizes, informational sheets and much more! Hands on for the kids as they try some new, and old school exercises. Jumping jacks to kettle bells, push ups to pilattes - something for everyone!
