Families can flock to the La Mesa Library for a performance from David Novak.
Novak, one of the nation's leading performers in the storytelling revival, will be storytelling for families. He's often featured at the National Storytelling Festival and on concert stages across the country, and was recently the Master Storyteller for The Disney Institute at Walt Disney World in Florida.
This event is sponsored by Young Audiences and is offered in celebration of Read Across America, the National Education Association's annual reading motivation and awareness program that calls for every child in every community to celebrate reading.
