The Grossmont Healthcare District’s Dr. William C. Herrick Community Health Care Library is hosting a free seniors discussion group on “The Eight Sacred Truths to Healthy and Successful Aging.”
Dr. Eric Z. Shapira, author of A New Wrinkle and founder of Aging Mentor Services, will give a presentation on the aging process.
Shapira practiced dentistry for more than 30 years and is a certified hypnotherapist. He has taught courses in “Healthy Aging” and “Successful Aging,” as well as courses in “Geriatric Esthetic Dentistry and Special Patient Care.”
