Local moving company, TWO MEN AND A TRUCK(R), kicks off Movers for Military donation drive!
TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® San Diego launches annual Movers for Military drive benefiting Veterans served by Veterans Village of San Diego
This October TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® San Diego will be launching its 3rd annual Movers for Military collection drive benefiting veterans in need. We will be collecting gently-used clothing items as well as new toiletries for Veterans Village of San Diego, a local shelter serving homeless veterans in San Diego. During our first Movers for Military drive in 2012 TWO MEN AND A TRUCK raised 1300 donations and in 2013 we expanded that number to several thousand. We are excited to see that number grow even more this year.
Movers for Military is a community event and we welcome many schools, businesses and places of worship who enjoy making a difference in the San Diego community. This year we have confirmed, The Kids Bay Learning Center, Little Sprouts Academy, Saint Augustine’s High School Rotary Interact Club and 17 KinderCare locations as partners.
