Pre ski season dry land training practice with your poles.

Free on Saturdays.
We will get a chance to meet, you will get enough information to know why you may want to use poles for any fitness level. You may need to just get out and start  moving or you may want to add this to your training regimine for an extreme ski expedition you maybe planing in the future. Put as much into your poles as you want. Own your walk. I have poles to loan and will be looking for people to help get seniors up and moving.
