San Diego-area retirement community hosts open house on Dec. 2 and Dec. 7

Area senior adults and their families have two opportunities in December to tour Mount Miguel Covenant Village’s campus and learn about life, programming and services offered at the faith-based, not-for-profit continuing care retirement community. An open house is scheduled for 1:00 p.m.-4:00 p.m. on both Friday, Dec. 2 and Wednesday, Dec. 7, 2016. Mount Miguel Covenant Village is located at 325 Kempton St., Spring Valley.

In addition to touring renovated one-bedroom apartment homes and picturesque grounds, guests can explore the newly constructed 33,000-square-foot Life Center that includes an enclosed outdoor courtyard, a wellness center, a library and art gallery, a movie theater, and more. Light refreshments will be provided. Before the start of the Dec. 2 open house, guests are welcome to take care of some holiday shopping at the Holly Jolly Craft Fair, which begins at 10 a.m. at Mount Miguel’s Bailey Center.
