Trial Date Set for Ex-Con in Hit-and-Run Death of Spring Valley Man
Jason Michael Palmer is charged with the Oct. 27 hit-and-run death of Jacob Greenwald, who was killed while walking home from work in Spring Valley.
An April 22 trial date was set for Jason Michael Palmer, an ex-con who allegedly fled after running down a 20-year-old man walking home from work in Spring Valley.
Palmer–who was convicted 13 years ago of misdemeanor DUI and hit-and-run–faces 20 years in prison if convicted.
