The onsite apartment management is partial to Spanish speaking people. If you are not Spanish i.e. Mexican don't like for your maintenance issues to be addressed in a timely fashion or at all. Several go people from all other races and national origins have left since the new onsite management is partial to her "people" especially family members whom appear to get a break on things. Mold grows of the floors due to bad construction design and they get cheap labor to replace this if at all; the mold issues are never addressed. I had my rook leak for 2 years before they decided to repair it. However, when the onsite manager's roof leaded it was repaired that day. I was told she was the boss: inquired about when my roof and other items were to be repaired and was bushed off and told that it was up to the new owner.
I lived here for a while and disabled; thus far this was the worst onsite manager I've seen. At first, she was on the ball for nine months, now it appears she is all about her and anyone Mexican no one else. Think three time people you decide to move in especially if you are not Mexican.
