Adult ballet is for adults who wish to begin ballet or continue previous ballet training for exercise and recreation. Ballet encourages a natural body alignment which benefits spine health and core strength. It builds core strength, coordination, flexibility, and endurance and a wonderful form of exercise that provides a life-long connection to the body.
Classes start March 3 and go through June 2.
