Assistance League Way Side Inn Thrift Shop “Presents” Annual Christmas Décor and Quirky Sweater Events

The dedicated member volunteers at Assistance League^® Way Side Inn Thrift Shop, located at 3521 Golden Gate Way, in Lafayette, happily announce that as early as Tuesday, November 15, this well-known landmark will virtually bulge with Christmas-themed accoutrements for your holiday needs.

At 10 am sharp, you will find shelves loaded with wrapping paper, gift bags, stockings, holiday cards and, of course, ornaments in all colors, shapes and sizes. Likewise, your eyes will take in garlands, wreaths and unopened lights, both interior and exterior, that will promise to brighten your home with holiday cheer.

Additional yuletide enhancements will include Santas, elves, reindeer and angels—perfect additions to your hearths, staircase and table centerpieces. Speaking of your table, imagine how dinnerware, festive platters, votives and napkin rings, all purchased at the thrift shop at Dickens-age prices, will provide lasting memories.

On Tuesday, November 22, you’ll see additional Christmas merchandise during one of the all-time favorites, the annual Quirky Christmas Sweaters event. Racks of “earnestly festive” garments will swirl before your very eyes. Find a garment, whether a vest, cardigan or pullover, that takes the concept of “quirky” to great heights (batteries not included).
