LAMORINDA, CA — The atmospheric river that flowed through here recently have started the greening process on the hills.
Here's what could be in store for us next spring, if the rains continue through winter. Sandra Rose snapped this photo in Robert Sibley Volcanic Regional Preserve, part of the East Bay Regional Park District, back in April of last year. The poppies put on a stunning display.
