East Bay Residents Flock to San Francisco for Lunar New Year Festivities and Parade.

2014 Lunar New Year festivities have officially kicked off in San Francisco. East Bay Residents from around the Bay Area are heading to San Francisco to celebrate the Year of the Horse. There are a variety of exciting events taking place this year, including the Community Fair, Basketball Jamboree and the Chinese New Year Parade. The Chinese New Year Parade will take place on Saturday, February 15th and is considered by many to be one of the most exciting parades in the United States.

AT&T is the Presenting Sponsor of this year's parade. “Like the horse, AT&T is confidently leading the way into the new year by connecting families and friends. Innovative technology truly brings people together, strengthening our ties to cultural roots. We give people the tools they need to move forward without leaving their heritage behind,” said Jennifer Jones, VP Diversity Marketing.

In addition to sponsoring the Parade, AT&T also has interactive games and trivia themed around this year's Lunar New Year festivities and Parade. For more information on the parade and AT&T's involvement, visit http://world.att.com/lunarnewyear/
