Episcopal Senior Communities Holds 5th Annual Celtic Cup Golf Tournament
The annual golf tournament, dinner and live auction help support isolated and low-income seniors
(Orinda, CA, May 5, 2016) --- The Episcopal Senior Communities (ESC) Foundation is holding their 5th annual Celtic Cup Golf Tournament and fundraiser on May 23, 2016 at the Orinda Country Club. The Celtic Cup includes a brunch buffet, golfing, a cocktail reception, a raffle, dinner, a live auction and an award ceremony. Each year, this highly anticipated event brings the Bay Area community together for a day of celebration and to raise vital awareness and funds for senior issues.
At last year’s Celtic Cup, the Episcopal Senior Communities raised more than $215,000. Funds were used for Affordable Senior Housing Communities and to support isolated and low-income seniors who are served through ESC’s Senior Resources programs. Some examples of services Senior Resources provides include health and wellness programs, senior lunches, home maintenance assistance, telephone reassurance, information and referrals.
The generosity of donors and sponsors are integral to this event.
