Since 1989, Eldercare Services’ primary focus has been to provide Professional Geriatric Care Management and Caregiving services for seniors. 20 Geriatric Care Managers with backgrounds in Social Work, Nursing, Gerontology, Counseling and/or Certification from the National Academy of Certified Care Managers provide continuing guidance and advocacy for their clients. Classes are Eldercare Services way to give back by sharing that same knowledge with the community at large.  Eldercare Services, with offices in Walnut Creek, San Francisco and Oakland, touches over 1000 families per year through classes and direct client services ranging from one-time consultations to on-going 24/7 care.
