Lafayette’s annual Jazz Café will be held Friday, June 3, 2011 at 6:00 p.m. in the Stanley Middle School Auditorium. General Admission is available at the door for $10.00 per person, children under 6 are free. This is the only fundraiser for the Stanley Jazz Department. There is a fabulous lineup featuring: The Stanley Groove Merchants, The Stanley Thundering Herd, The Gypsy Chix, The Acalanes Jazz Ensemble and The Stanley Jazz Messengers. If that’s not enough, Chef’s Touch will be selling scrumptious food from 5:30 – 7:30 p.m., and there will be dessert, coffee and beverages available for purchase all evening. Jazz Café has become a real favorite for the City of Lafayette. Don’t miss out on this once a year treat!
