Managing Test Stress

In partnership with the Lafayette Library and Learning Center, Smart Cookie Learning, Lafayette's newest Learning Center, is offering a  free study and test-taking strategies session to help teens and parents alleviate exam stress on Sunday, January 8 from 1-2:30pm in the Community Hall. Attendees will learn practical, proven strategies to plan, prepare, and study for exams as well as strategies to help manage test-taking anxieties. Space is limited.
