MVP welcomes all swimmers, of all age groups, and all levels of competition.  Whether it is the first experience with the Marlins swim team program or returning after years away, Coach Trevor and his staff is ready, willing, and able to make this summer the most memorable for all.

The MVP Mini Marlin Program is available to all 3-6 year old swimmers ready to make a huge “splash”. This program is designed with an emphasis on water safety, water awareness, beginning stroke techniques, and having fun while experiencing a wonderful team atmosphere.

The MVP Marlins will be striving for another successful season with returning Head Coach Trevor Rose.  Coach Trevor has more than a decade of coaching experience at the recreational, club, and USS level.  He will focus on teamwork, dedication, and having fun while building lasting friendships.  Practices will emphasize fast starts, perfect dives, proper stroke techniques, breath control, endurance, quick turns, and strong finishes, as well as stretching, dry land training, and nutrition.
