For 25 years, SHELTER, Inc. has successfully prevented and ended homelessness for thousands of Contra Costa families, over 170,000 men, women and children.
To celebrate this milestone, SHELTER, Inc. is hosting a 25th anniversary celebration dinner at Temple Isaiah in Lafayette on Saturday, October 15, 2011 starting at 6:00pm.
The evening will include speaker Steve Lopez, Los Angeles Times columnist who wrote the book turned movie, The Soloist, starring Robert Downey, Jr. & JamieFoxx.
