LMYA Swim Team Reminder - Registration opens (Early Bird Discounted Rate Registration)

Join the LMYA Dolphins, proud host of the County Championship. Our head coach Donny Mata and his amazing assistant coaching staff will be building success with BASICS. We are a community-based, competitive, recreational swim program with a strong tradition since 1958.

• We will offer parents the ability to pay their online registration fees in one payment or two payments (50/50 plan).
• This year’s registration fee includes a team cap, t-shirt and a high quality custom team suit. That’s right! Your swimmer’s custom LMYA Swim team suit is INCLUDED with registration.

Swim Team Registration (5-14 years old):

Register by 3/18: $390 ($30 discount)
Register by 4/7: $420 1st swimmer
Register by 5/4: $445 1st swimmer
After 5/4: $495 1st swimmer
* Sibling discount of $25

** Please note: Parent job commitment is required as part of registration. Job buyouts and job sign ups will be based on enrollment. As the registration period comes to a close these will be announced and posted for sign-up. Behind-the-scenes and coordinator jobs in lieu of meet jobs or a buyout are still available. After 5/4: $225
** Please note: Parent job commitment is only 1 County Meet job as long as all registered swimmers are 15-18 years old.

Gutter Guppy Program (3-6 year old pre-team)

For 3-6 year old water safe swimmers able to swim and breathe unassisted 15 feet
The program starts June 15 and ends August 6
Practice times is from 11:30AM – 12:00PM Monday through Thursday
Registration fee is $395/swimmer (does not include custom team swim suit)
* Sibling discount of $25

Optional April Stroke Clinics

We hold our clinics at our home pool at Acalanes High School.

The clinics run from April 6 to April 30 (Monday – Thursday).

5:30 – 6:15PM 8 & under (prior swim team experience required)
6:15 – 7:15PM 9/10’s
6:15 – 7:30PM 11 & up
Registration fees: $140 for 2 days per week or $225 for all clinic days

Summer Swim Team Membership: May 5 – August 7

Pre-season practices: May 5 - June 11, Monday - Thursday

5:30 – 6:15PM 8 & under swimmers
6:15 – 7:15PM 9/10’s
7:15 – 8:30PM 11 & up
Summer practices: June 15 - August 7, Monday - Friday

8:15 – 10:00 am 11 & up
8:45 – 10:00 am 9/10’s
10:00 – 10:45 am 7-8 year olds

10:45 – 11:15 am 6 & under swimmers

Note: Specific age group practices are guidelines and are based on ability and experience. Some swimmers may be asked by the coaching staff to swim up or down an age group based on their ability. Please check with the coaching staff if you have questions.

Summer Evening practices: Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday evenings

6:30 – 7:30 pm 8 & under swimmers
7:30 – 8:30 pm 9 & up swimmers
Note: We are the only swim team that offers both morning and evening practice sessions.
