Victim Confronts Alleged Car Burglar In Moraga
Police say the suspect reached through an open vehicle window to take the items.

LAMORINDA, CA —A 21-year-old woman from Hayward was cited and released in Moraga Tuesday afternoon when a witness reported that she had stolen something from a car, police said.
Officers responded to the 200 block of Rheem Boulevard around 12:05 p.m. and found Casey Brooks allegedly hiding nearby in some roadside concrete drainage.
Brooks allegedly reached through an open car window and took some of the items inside, but returned what she had taken when the victim confronted her, according to police.
