Woman Arrested In Moraga Vehicle Break-Ins

LAMORINDA, CA — Moraga Police have arrested 22-year-old Angelina Jaimes of Concord as a result of its ongoing investigation into vehicle break-ins. She was arrested last week and police say she has been connected to nearly 20 different thefts in Moraga over the last month and a half.

Police credit residents for searching through their home surveillance videos to find evidence to hand over to investigators.

There are other suspects, and police continue their effort to identify them.

In the meantime, police offer these tips to deter crime:

• always lock your home and vehicles
• Consider installing video surveillance and alarm systems to monitor your property
• Stay in contact with your neighbors and report suspicious people and activity
