Arrest Made: Woman Bitten By Dog Owner At East Bay Park
The victim, a jogger at Anthony Chabot Regional Park, was also tackled and punched by the woman.

OAKLAND, CA ā An arrest has been made in the case of a woman who was bitten by another woman at an East Bay Regional Park on Thursday. Oakland resident Alma Cadwalader was arrested Friday and booked on charges at Santa Rita Jail, police say. The accused woman is 19-years-old.
The attack happened at Anthony Chabot Regional Park Thursday morning. East Bay Regional Park District Police released photos of the bite, along with a photo of the assailant's back and one of her dogs.
Ironically, the attack came after the jogger defended herself against a dog attack with pepper spray. When the jogger returned around 10:30 a.m., police say she was accosted by the dogās owner on the Goldenrod Trail between the Chabot Equestrian Center and the Oakland City Stables in Oakland.

"The assailant tackled and punched the victim multiple times," police said in a written report of the incident. "As the victim attempted to push her assailant off of her, she was bitten on her forearm by the female, causing significant wounds."
