Reminder that dogs must be on leash and under handler's control while in Town Park, except when exercising within the fenced dog park.

Reminder that dogs must be on leash and under handler’s control while in Town Park, except when exercising within the fenced dog park.
Due to ongoing complaints regarding dogs in Town Park and violations, Central Marin Police Authority will be in Town Park to enforce our Municipal Code and leash laws. Town staff will also be asked to cite violations.

Please help us by learning the Town’s Municipal Code regarding dogs, note that dogs may not be exercised off leash in the greater Town Park area, and that all dog handlers are responsible for cleaning up after their animal. Violators will be cited, fees begin at $76.
