Nicolas Wolff - Gastronomy: Made in France

Explore the gastronomy, wines, and cheese of France through its most celebrated regions. This class will be conducted entirely in French. Nicolas Wolff grew up in Paris and studied at one of France's top business schools. He has worked extensively across Europe and the US and has taught French at all levels. Nicolas will bring his knowledge of all things French to demystify the inner workings of French gastronomy, arts, and culture. Each class will concentrate on a different region of France, highlighting local customs and specialities. Sample itineraries will also be discussed with an eye to assisting you in planning your next trip to France.
