Gas Leak in Larkspur Closes Roads: Police
Residents were also asked to keep their doors and windows shut, according to Central Marin Police Authority.
Larkspur, CA — A gas leak Tuesday in a Larkspur neighborhood that prompted police to close roads and advise residents to keep their doors and windows closed has now been fixed.
The Central Marin Police Authority sent an advisory message at 12:13 p.m. Tuesday, saying although the PG&E leak on Frances Avenue was under control, residents on Frances to Bayo Vista — crossing Hillcrest — should keep their doors and windows shut for 30 minutes to one hour.
In another message at 1:33 p.m., CMPA stated: "PG&E advised there is no more leak and has gone back to its regularly scheduled construction with those road closures in place."
