Lane Closures Expected During Corte Madera Road Construction
The work is expected to last through Nov. 21.

CORTE MADERA - Construction began Oct. 27 on a new phase of an ongoing project in which the next segment of work will be on Prince Royal Passage from Paradise Drive to 300 feet south. The plan, according to the town, is for this phase to be complete by Nov. 21.
Traffic and pedestrian control will be in place for public safety, according to the city. Also, lane closures may be required, so motorists should expect a delay. Special accommodations are to be made for bicycle and pedestrian access.
The overall project includes replacing 1,900 feet of sewer line along Paradise Drive from Golden Hind Passage to Upupanda Way at the Marin County Day School entrance, sewer line on Westward Drive from Paradise Drive to 108 feet south, and sewer line on Prince Royal Passage from Paradise Drive to 255 feet south.
