Larkspur Ferry Riders Advised To Arrive Early: M.V. Napa Out Of Service

A smaller capacity catamaran will operate the Napa's usual trips, including the 6:35 a.m., 7:50 a.m. and 9:15 a.m. Larkspur commute trips.

LARKSPUR-CORTE MADERA, CA – The M.V. Napa will be out of service for about two weeks, the Golden Gate Bridge, Highway and Transportation District announced Monday. M.V. Napa is a passenger-only fast ferry.

According to the district, a smaller capacity catamaran will operate the Napa’s usual trips, including the 6:35 a.m., 7:50 a.m. and 9:15 a.m. Larkspur commute trips, as well as the 3:30 p.m., 5 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. San Francisco commute trips. District officials advised ferry users to arrive early in order to make their usual departure, particularly the 7:50 a.m. Larkspur and 5 p.m. San Francisco trips, which regularly sell out.
