Marin Traffic Stop Lands Probationer Back In Jail When Drugs, Gun Are Found: Cops
Mill Valley police say they arrested a woman when they found suspected methamphetamine and a handgun in her vehicle.
MILL VALLEY, CA- A traffic stop in Mill Valley led to the arrest this week of a woman in possession of narcotics and a loaded firearm, police said.
It happened Thursday at about 10:20 p.m. when officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle at the intersection of Camino Alto and Miller Avenue.
“They observed a possible drug violation, and began further investigation into the activity of the driver,” Mill Valley Police Sgt. Paul Wrapp said. “Ultimately suspected methamphetamine was discovered as well as a loaded handgun.”

Jazmine Dennis, of Sacramento, was arrested on suspicion of being a felon in possession of a firearm and ammunition, possession of a loaded concealed weapon, possession of suspected methamphetamine and violation of probation, police said.
She was booked into the Marin County Jail.
