Social Host Citation Issued In Larkspur
Police issued a citation for violation of Larkspur's social host ordinance, officials said.
LARKSPUR, CA – Authorities issued a social host citation in June in Larkspur, officials announced Monday.
Police responded to a report of a loud party at about 11:35 p.m. June 14, according to the Central Marin Police Authority. Officers found minors with alcohol on the private property.
Police issued a citation for violation of Larkspur's social host ordinance, officials said.

"Central Marin Police Authority has a zero-tolerance policy for underage drinking, and a social host ordinance citation will be issued each time a violation occurs," the agency said.
