Town Of Corte Madera: Housing Opportunity Site Survey Is Available Now

Press release from the Town of Corte Madera:

December 16, 2021

It is not too late to provide feedback on the housing opportunity sites identified by Planning Department staff. Staff identified nine housing opportunity sites and four alternative housing sites. A map that shows these sites and a survey is available here.  The December 8th housing workshop included an overview of the housing opportunity sites and a discussion of the planning framework for new housing opportunities in Corte Madera. A recording of the December workshop is available here.

Weather permitting, planning staff will be at the Town Center (at the eastern entrance in front of Pig In a Pickle restaurant) on Wednesday, December 22nd from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm. Please stop by to learn more about housing opportunities in Corte Madera and provide your input.

Additional information on the Corte Madera Housing Element is available on the project webpage (https://www.cortemaderahousing.org/)
