Authorities Ask for Help Finding Disabled Man

Authorities asked the public today to keep an eye out for a disabled Lemon Grove man who went missing a month ago.

The last known sighting of Jefferson Penn, 64, was in early April, when his caregiver saw him leaving his Lansing Drive home in his motorized wheelchair.

Penn was described as a 5-foot-6-inch, roughly 185-pound black man with dark hair and brown eyes.

Anyone who may have information on Penn's whereabouts was asked to call the San Diego County Sheriff's Department at (858) 565-5200.
