A free e-waste recycling event is held the third Saturday of the month at Civic Center Park. Residential and business e-waste will be accepted. An appointment is not necessary -- just bring your e-waste and have it disposed of properly!
See Page 11 of the city newsletter for a list of items that are accepted. For the most part, household electronics such as VCRs, cameras, computers, monitors, modems, copiers, stereos and like items will be accepted. Car batteries can also be recycled at this event. Appliances and household batteries are not permitted.
There is a $10 fee for microwave ovens.
