The Lemon Grove Theatre Guild revival of the 19th century melodrama βHe Ain't Done Right by Nellβ has been adapted from the play by Wilbur Braun and set in βOlde Lemon Groveβ complete with a swooning lass, a scheming villain and, of course, a strapping hero to the rescue.
The curtain goes up at 7 p.m. Friday and Saturday, and 2 p.m. Sunday. Performances take place at the H. Lee House Gazebo Courtyard on Sept. 16-18, and at Sonrise Hall at the on Sept. 23-25.
Tickets are $10 general admission, and $7 for historical society members, seniors, and children age 6 to 18.
