We start off the new year with our theme of Winter and our study of mammals. This week's art work was making a footprint snowman. After the tickle-fun of getting their foot painted and pressed onto paper, the children glued down a hat and carrot nose, added google eyes, and used a marker to make the "buttons" and arms. Using the eraser ends of pencils, they painted snow all around. I finished them off with a blue braided scarf.
