Kale - chock full of nutrients

Kale is my number one favorite vegetable to juice. To mention a few great benefits I'll say it's a great provider of Vitamin K, Vitamin A & Vitamin C. It helps in the prevention of cancer, fights against inflammation. In general the darker greens, such as Kale, are the best vegetables to strengthen ones immune system. Kale is definitely King!!
