Tim will bring in some delicious purple cactus fruit he is growing and we will turn it into juice and drink it while he is explaining the intricacies of growing edible cactus, what can be grown even in colder areas of the county and much more.
If the group is interested, he will also talk about non edibles.
Feel free to bring your favorite cactus dish and/or pods for propagation if you have some in your yard and share your harvesting/ preparation technique or horror stories :)
