• Lemon Grove Hires Tony Winney as City Manager (californiacitynews.org) — Lemon Grove has officially promoted interim City Manager Tony Winney to the permanent role, giving him a contract through September 2029 with a $215,000 base salary. He replaces longtime manager Lydia Romero after a nationwide search and brings more than 25 years of local government experience, including leadership roles in Coronado, National City, and Rancho Cucamonga.
