• Lincoln Police Arrest Suspect Following Stabbing Investigation (crimevoice.com) — Lincoln police arrested a Sun City Lincoln Hills resident after a woman was stabbed near Spring Valley Parkway and Stoneridge Boulevard, with her injuries described as non-life-threatening. Investigators recovered a knife, believe the suspect and victim were strangers, and are asking anyone with information to contact Lincoln Police at 916-645-4040. 
• Accused Casino Stabber to Undergo Psych Evaluation After Allegedly Slashing 5 Coworkers (pulptastic.com) — A recent stabbing incident at Thunder Valley Casino Resort in Lincoln has led to a psychiatric evaluation for the 22-year-old employee accused of injuring five coworkers. All victims survived, and the suspect, a Roseville resident, has pleaded not guilty and is due back in Placer County court on September 2 as investigators continue probing a motive.
• Lincoln golf course faces up to $15K repair bill after riders allegedly tear up green (kcra.com) — Lincoln Hills Golf Course is facing up to $15,000 in repairs after e-bike and e-moto riders allegedly tore up the 13th green, leaving deep ruts and burnout marks. Lincoln police are investigating the damage as felony vandalism and are asking anyone with information to call 916-645-4040 as crews work on repairs.
