1st United Credit Union, 95.7 The Game, and the Alameda County Community Food Bank Fight Hunger

1st United Credit Union presents $10,000 to Alameda County Community Food Bank as a result of Homeruns for Hunger program.

1st United Credit Union announced the presentation of $10,000 to Alameda County Community Food Bank as part of their 6th Annual Oakland A’s “Homeruns for Hunger” program coordinated in partnership with 95.7 The GAME (KGMZ-FM).

1st United Credit Union Chief Operating Officer, Ed Renteria, hosted the check presentation along with 95.7 The GAME A’s Pre and Post Show Host, Chris Townsend. Accepting the check on behalf of Alameda County Community Food Bank was Executive Director, Suzan Bateson.

1st United Credit Union is in its 6th year supporting the Oakland A’s Homeruns for Hunger program benefitting Alameda County Community Food Bank. For every Oakland A’s regular season homerun, 1st United Credit Union donated $50 to the Food Bank to honor their commitment to giving back to their local community. Over the past 6 years, 1st United Credit Union has donated $59,071 to help Alameda County Community Food Bank pursue their mission for a hunger-free community.
