Meet Barbara Benotto! Since 2014, Barbara has helped East Bay families buy and sell homes with confidence. Her philosophy? “From Frantic to Focused: a custom game plan for real estate peace of mind.”
Known for her listening skills, straightforward advice, and calm approach, Barbara guides clients with clarity, transparency, and genuine partnership—making even the most complex transactions feel manageable. She’s served as President of the Real Estate Alliance of Livermore and, since 2023 has been on the board of Livermore Downtown Inc., stepping into the role of President for 2025 and 2026.
Outside of real estate, Barbara enjoys golfing with her husband Dale, walking their pup Sprite, and restoring their 70-year-old downtown Livermore home. Whether guiding clients or giving back locally, Barbara is all about building strong homes, strong families, and a stronger Livermore.
