Celebration of Life for Del Valle High Graduate Killed in Tragic Highway 12 Collision
The services will be held in Rio Vista Saturday. A Go Fund Me account has been set up to help her children.
LIVERMORE, CA: Longtime Livermore resident Renee Torrez-Perry-Cook was involved in a fatal accident on May 28. She had been living in Rio Vista for the last 20 years and was on her way to work at the time of the collision.
She leaves behind her three sons, Steven and Michael Perry and Jarrod Schnabel all of Rio Vista, adopted daughter Jennifer Lewis and grandson Brycen along with a host of others who considered her their mom and/or best friend.
Her mother and stepfather Sherry and Robert Pratt, grandfather Floyd Richards and sisters Sheila Ludwig of Patterson and Theresa, Darlene and Alexia Torrez all of Livermore and brother Daniel Pratt of Lodi as well as many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father Alex Torrez, her husband Steve Perry and beloved nana Audrey Richards of Livermore and grandfather John McDonald of Detroit, Mi.

She grew up in Livermore and graduated from Del Valle High School.
There will be a Celebration of Life on Saturday, June 4th at the 401 Club, 401 Montezuma, Rio Vista, Ca 94571 at 3:00 p.m. A Go Fund Me account has been set up to help her children.
