Las Positas College to Offer “Cash for College” Financial Aid Workshops with Scholarship Drawings

Las Positas College will offer high school students and their parents four "Cash for College" Financial Aid Workshops, including drawings for a $1,000 scholarship.
"The workshops will cover the most important basic topics about financial aid and teach attendees how to maximize their opportunities," said Las Positas College Financial Aid Officer Andi Schreibman. "High school seniors attending the workshops who file a FAFSA and a Cal Grant GPA Verification by March 2 will qualify for the $1,000 scholarship drawings, with winners to be announced in April," she said.
