Model United Nations
The YMCA Model United Nations program is designed to introduce middle school students to the operation and structure of the United Nations while providing them with an opportunity to actively learn about world cultures and debate issues of international importance. Students will participate in conflict resolution and public speaking in addition to making new friends and having fun. The program promotes leadership through character development.
Students meet at the Tri-Valley YMCA each Monday evening from 6:30-8 PM and attend two statewide conferences in Paso Robles, CA and Irvine, CA!
