Gusty Winds Near Livermore Prompt Traffic Advisory: CHP

LIVERMORE, CA — The California Highway Patrol on Monday issued a traffic advisory due to high winds on Interstate 580 near Livermore.

The advisory, which was issued just after 6 a.m., was in effect for both directions of I-580 between Grant Line Road, in unincorporated Alameda County and N. Vasco Road in Livermore.

The National Weather Service San Francisco Bay area predicts wind gusts up to 24 miles per hour for much of the day.
