LIVERMORE, CA — A wind advisory issued late Monday night for Interstate 580 between S. Vasco and Grant Line roads near the Altamont Pass remains in effect as of Wednesday morning. Wind gusts are affecting all the lanes of traffic in both directions.
Drivers are urged to use caution. No other information is available.
