Tri-Valley NonProfit Alliance Presents a Panel Discussion: Thursday, May 14, 2015 9:30 am - noon at the Bankhead Theater

The Tri-Valley Nonprofit Alliance is pleased to present “It’s More Than a Treasure Hunt: Learning How to Partner with Grantmakers,” an in-depth panel discussion featuring local corporate and foundation representatives who will provide nonprofit organizations with information on the essential aspects of forming partnerships with grantmakers and applying for grants.
Held at Livermore’s Bankhead Theater, on Thursday, May 14, 2015, from 9:30 to noon, this month’s TVNPA meeting is not to be missed by staff members, board directors and volunteers of nonprofit organizations in the region. Members of the community at large are also encouraged to attend.
Registration is open at www.tvnpa.org; there is no cost to attend. Panelists will shine a light on giving criteria and grantmaker expectations, including information about organizations’ eligibility and how to submit grant proposals. Featuring two separate panel discussions, TVNPA will host representatives from: AT&T; Clorox Foundation; East Bay Community Foundation; Fremont Bank; Hacienda Helping Hands; Kaiser Permanente Foundation; Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory HOME Campaign; and Pleasanton North Rotary. Attendees will also have an opportunity to ask specific questions and participate in the discussion.
The Tri-Valley Nonprofit Alliance provides nonprofit organizations with opportunities to meet, collaborate and share resources, thereby strengthening each other as they work to achieve their missions. The
