Livermore Double Fatal Crash Case Sent To DA's Office: CHP
CHP officials said Livermore resident Lauren Davis, 26, who is suspected of DUI, was driving the night of the tragic collision.

LIVERMORE, CA — The Alameda County District Attorney’s Office will soon determine which charges — if any — will be filed against a Livermore woman arrested on suspicion of second-degree murder and felony DUI causing injury/death in November of 2017. The driver, Livermore resident Lauren Davis, 26, was arrested following a deadly crash along Stanley Boulevard just west of Isabel Avenue near Livermore on Nov. 22, according to the California Highway Patrol.
CHP officials said the night before Thanksgiving, the blue Kia Sorento Davis was driving left the road for unknown reasons, overturned several times and came to rest on the first set of railroad tracks. Five people were in the SUV at the time of the wreck.
Violet Campbell, 16, who attended Village High School in Pleasanton, was killed immediately after she was partially ejected. Livermore native Alexys 'Lexy' Garcia, 25, who was fully ejected, died a week later after succumbing to her injuries.
