LIVERMORE, CA — Livermore police arrested two suspects accused of robbing a victim at gunpoint Sunday night.

Around 11:45 p.m., police received a call that a person had been robbed at an apartment complex on East Avenue, the department said in a social media post. When officers arrived at the location, they saw a car speeding onto a side street. The suspects reportedly fled the car when officers arrived.

Officers called in a K9 team, the Alameda County Sheriff’s Drone Unit, the California Highway Patrol, and conducted an extensive search. Officers eventually arrested two suspects: 23-year-old Juan Gomez of Hollister and 18-year-old Ansel Peoza of Livermore.
