Livermore Police "Stuff the Cruiser" With School Supplies
The annual event will take place this weekend. Check the list of need supplies and the locations of the cruisers.
The Livermore Police Department will be putting on its annual “Stuff the Cruiser” event on Saturday August 8 and Sunday August 9.
Marked police cruisers will be in front of Wal-Mart (2700 Las Positas Rd), Office Max (2400 Las Positas Rd.), Big Lots (4484 Las Positas Rd) and the CVS Pharmacy (1500 First St.) on Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
LPD employees and volunteers will be asking community members to stuff the patrol car full of school supplies.
Needed Items:
- backpacks
- paper
- binders
- pens
- pencils
- erasers
- folders
- protractors
- compasses
- glue
- calculators
- scissors
Donated school supplies can also be dropped off at the front lobby of the Police Department (1110 S. Livermore Ave) on or before Monday at 6 p.m.
