"The Livermore Rodeo Parade has been an annual event for my family and friends to attend," Hewitt told Patch. "As a little girl, I dreamt of the day that I would be the Miss Livermore Rodeo Queen and have the honor to be able to ride my horse down first street. This is one of my favorite events of rodeo week and I look forward to seeing everyone at the parade and the 98th annual 'World's Fastest Livermore Rodeo'!"
